Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom.
Processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after 4pm or at a weekend are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery times
Standard shipping is 5–10 business days from dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay. Any promotional free-shipping threshold is shown at checkout and applies to the order subtotal.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If it has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, email and we will chase it.
Import duties and taxes
Orders are shipped internationally. Depending on your destination, you may be charged import duties, customs fees or local taxes on delivery. These are levied by your country, are outside our control, and are your responsibility as the importer. We cannot predict, prepay or refund them, and they are not covered by the 60-day guarantee.
Incorrect addresses
We ship to the address entered at checkout. If it is wrong, email us immediately — once an order is dispatched we cannot redirect it. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded less the original shipping cost.
Lost or damaged parcels
Email and we will replace the order or refund it.
